Any product damaged due to improper handling or storage will also not be eligible for return.
In case you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, we offer a hassle-free exchange. You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos or an unboxing video as proof. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Refunds are processed only for eligible returns after the product has been received and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account. Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
